Free Shipping ::
There will be no fee for shipping if your purchase exceeds $200.00. Chateau Gems will ship your package via UPS Ground for free. All packages are fully insured for protection. Most items ship within 3-5 days of order. If you are in a hurry to receive your purchase, we can expedite the shipping with next day Fedex. Please indicate your shipping preference when you checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package ships.



Return & Exchange Policy ::
When you make a purchase with Chateau Gems, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your merchandise. You have 7 days of receipt to return the new merchandise to us for a full refund (excluding special orders and watches). No questions asked you will receive a full refund in the same manner payment was made. The merchandise must be returned in the same new condition received. If seal is removed or tampered with, merchandise will not be accepted back for refund. A 30-Day Return may also be made with a 10% restocking fee. You may wish to exchange your merchandise for something different within 30 Days as well. (Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable) Please follow these guidelines below in order to make a return or exchange:

1) Contact us at 724-274-4353 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Without this number, returns will not be accepted and you will be responsible for your package. Place your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of box.
2) Make sure items still have security tag in place. If this tag has been tampered with or removed, the item will not be refundable. Item must be in original box with all corresponding paperwork and certificates. There cannot be any signs of wear, any marks, anything altered or sized.
3) Include a copy of your receipt.
4) Send all packages fully insured for the amount of the purchase. Make sure you insure the package for the full amount you paid. You will be responsible if package is lost with no insurance. Place merchandise in box type packaging, no envelopes. Request a return receipt or tracking number for your package. Send package to:
